Installation steps of multifunctional medical bed

1. There are two multifunctional medical bed casters with brakes. Assemble the two casters with brakes diagonally into the screw holes on the bed frame legs; then assemble the remaining two casters in other In the screw holes of the two bed legs.

2. Assembly of the back bed surface: connect the back bed surface and the bed frame with the pin shaft of the back frame, and then lock the pin shaft with the cotter pin.

3. Assembling the head of the bed: insert the head of the bed facing the holes on both sides of the back bed, and tighten the fastening screws on both sides.

4. Assembling the back gas spring of the multifunctional medical bed : push up the back bed to a 90-degree angle, screw the end of the back gas spring with the screw into the gas spring support seat at the bottom of the back bed The lower support seat of the gas spring is connected with the U-shape of the large frame of the bed body with a pin shaft, and the pin shaft is locked with a cotter pin.

5. Assembly of the safety belt: take off the safety belt of the multifunctional medical bed , wrap around the cushion on the head bed, and pass through the two limit holes on the back of the head bed.

6. Assembly of the foot bed surface: first turn the foot bed surface of the multifunctional medical bed  over, connect the hole tube and the support seat on the hole tube with a pin shaft, and lock it with a cotter pin. Rotate the screws on both sides of the orifice tube sliding sleeve bracket, put the holes on both sides of the orifice tube sliding sleeve against the screws on the bracket, and tighten the screws with a wrench. Take out the connecting hole between the foot bed surface and the thigh bed surface and connect it with the foot frame pin, and then lock it with the cotter pin.

7. Assembling the foot rails: Fasten the two foot rails to the assembly holes on the foot bed, put on the screws and tighten them.

8. Assembling the lateral gas spring: the assembly of the lateral gas spring is the same as that of the back gas spring. You only need to lightly lift the side bed surface of the multifunctional hospital bed, and press the lower support of the lateral gas spring and the bed body to press U. The characters are connected with a pin shaft, and then the pin shaft is locked with a cotter pin. Then press and hold the lateral control button to bring the lateral bed surface to a horizontal position.
