1. There is no forward tilting action of the electric medical bed.
If there is only no forward tilting action, but other actions are present, it means that the compressor pump is working normally, but the corresponding touch membrane switch is faulty or the corresponding solenoid valve is faulty. There are generally two ways to judge whether the solenoid valve is good or bad. One is to measure the resistance with a three-meter, and the other is to put it on metal to see if there is suction. Of course, if the solenoid valve suction action is normal, and the oil circuit plug will also The above problem occurs. If there is not only no forward tilting action, but also no other actions, that is the failure of the compression pump. First, check whether there is any voltage on the compression pump, and use a three-meter to measure whether the resistance of the compression pump is normal. If the above is normal, the commutation capacitor is generally invalid. .
2. The electric medical bed moves in one direction, but does not move in the other direction.
One-sided non-action fault is generally caused by the electromagnetic directional valve. The fault of the electromagnetic directional valve may be caused by the failure of the control circuit, or the directional valve may be mechanically stuck. The specific inspection method is to check whether the directional valve has voltage. If there is voltage, disassemble and clean the reversing valve. Due to long-term use, if there is a small impurity on the movable shaft of the reversing valve, the shaft will be pulled and stuck, causing the operating bed to move in only one direction.
3. It is found that the electric medical bed will automatically drop down during use, but the speed is very slow.
This situation occurs more often in mechanical operating tables, mainly due to the failure of the lift pump. After the electric medical bed has been used for several years, very small impurities may remain in the oil inlet valve port, causing tiny internal leakage; the solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially to check the oil inlet valve. After washing, re-apply clean oil.
4. During the use of the electric medical bed, it is found that it will automatically lower, the speed is faster, and there is a vibration sound.
This kind of failure is a problem with the inner wall of the lifting oil pipe. If there is a small impurity on the leather bowl for a long time, the inner wall of the oil pipe will sometimes be pulled out of scratches. After a long time, the scratches will become deeper and deeper. The above fault; the solution is to replace the lift oil pipe.
5. During the operation, the back plate will automatically come down, but the speed is very slow.
This kind of failure is mainly caused by the internal leakage of the solenoid valve. It generally occurs when the electric medical bed is used for a long time and sometimes impurities will accumulate at the solenoid valve. The solution is to disassemble the solenoid valve and clean it with gasoline. It should be noted that due to the high pressure on the back plate, the general electric operating table is designed with two solenoid valves connected in series, and the two should be cleaned together when cleaning.
