1. Press the power switch lightly, when the power indicator does not light up: check whether the power cable and the signal cable are connected correctly. Check to see if the battery is charged. Check whether the overload protection of the battery box is disconnected and pop up, please press it lightly.
2. After the power switch is running, the indicator also displays information normally, but the electric wheelchair still cannot be started: check whether the clutch is switched to the "in-gear ON" position.
3. When the car is driving, the speed is not coordinated and the stop and go: check whether the tire pressure is sufficient. Check whether the motor is overheated, has noise or other abnormal conditions. The power cord is loose. The controller is damaged, please return to the factory for replacement.
4. When the brake fails: check whether the clutch is switched to the "gearing ON" position. Check whether the "joystick" of the controller bounces to the middle position normally. It is very likely that the brakes or clutches are damaged, please return to the factory for replacement.

5. When there is no way to charge normally: Please check the charger to see if the fuse is normal. Please check that the charging cable is connected correctly. It is very likely that the battery is over-discharged. Please extend the charging time. If it still cannot be fully charged, please replace the battery. It is very likely that the battery is damaged or aged, please replace it.
